1. CONDITIONS TO BECOME AN DEALER • All of companies, individuals in automotive/motorbike repairing, technical and electronic equipments business • Having excellent business reputation, good understanding of automotive/motorbike technical equipments • Good communications via Internet, Bank transaction, credit card payment, E-commerce… • There was a first transaction minimum $US 5000.00 or more • Committed to protecting DTDAuto's product license. Do not arbitrarily change the name and labeling of products • Commitment to comply with the scope of registration to provide products • Ordering follow order form on the website • Payment is complete before the shipping • Original images and information of product must public on dealer’s website (in case dealers use website) • Making trade contracts with us • Without limiting dealer’s selling price for the product of the agent. Other fee is depending on dealers and customers 2. BENEFITS • Logo and information of dealer will be list on official distributor item on the website • Commission under the provisions of each product (Detail in the policies for dealers) • Online support techniques, and training repaired service for the selling • Support product banner and poster files 3. TRANSACTION STEPS • Look up product and making technical Information is exact about product to customers • Ordering by Order-Form on DTDAuto Company Co., Ltd’s site. Download from here • Making a trade contact (if request) • Payment (not including deduction) by Paypal, T&T advance, Western Union and Cash • Direct delivery by DHL, TNT…or other couriers 4. CONDITIONS TO CANCELED DEALERS • DTDAuto will canceled dealer’s agent contract without any conditions from dealers in cases of below: • Violation of commitments, provisions and conditions in the commerce • Six consecutive months does not achieve minimum revenue (1 product/ 1 month) • Conflicts and disputes with customers or other dealers • There are a violation in product security regulation and commercial fraud |
